  4. Flip the Omelette: Once the omelette moves easily in the pan and a spatula can slide underneath, carefully flip it over and turn off the heat.
  5. Add Fillings & Serve: Sprinkle the cheese over the cooked egg, add any desired toppings, and fold the omelette in half. Slide onto a plate and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
